| Abu 7000 reel Hi Folks, Yesterday I received an Abu 7000 reel from a dealer on E-Bay. It was sent by mistake, I had ordered a genuine 5600 and received the 7000 complete with black end plates. There was no problem, an apology was received and the correct reel is now in the post. Well to say that I was flabbergasted is under exagerating, the reel was the worst piece of equipment that I have ever held. I took the opportunity of having a look inside and couldn't believe my eyes. I must apologise if I am offending anyone who has purchased one of these "Things", if you are thinking of buying one then don't. Save your money and go for the real thing. | Re: Abu 7000 reel Hi All, My new Abu UC 5600 reel arrived this morning. What a snip £45 for a genuine Abu reel? I am now awaiting the new Kenzaki 6 - 12 boat rod from Daiwa. Cheers Drew __________________ All that Glitters is not Gold |
