| Re: april till june Not much of a sea angler, but get out for the odd session. During summer, we tend to get bass, eels, flounder and pouting, there's also normally a run of smoothound that tend to stay around for 1 week or 2, then move off and you never see them until the next year. Best baits for summer seem to be rag and crab, I normally fish with a simple 2 hook paternoster. Good summer beaches are Cromer Pier (fish down the side for the big bass (plenty of them normally) but make sure you use strong gear to stop them getting around the strucrure), Cley, Weybourne, Southwold etc.. As I say, don't go sea fishing much so that's all I can tell you from my limited knowledge. ![]() __________________ Dan `·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸ Big or small, look after them all! ¸.·´¯`·.¸ ><((((º> |
