| Re: float fishing When l was younger my dad shown me how to double hook sand eels. First through the eye with a single hook as you where told. Then using an eyed hook - hook the eye over the first hook and then through the body ( Spine ) of the eel the opposite way, this helps stop those anoying half bites where you end up with just the head left on. Give it a try -- let me know what you think. |
