| Re: coloured hooks? I tend to stick to either black or blue!! dont use silver or gold cause i find i dont catch as much with them, not sure if its the sun shining through the water onto them or just that the fish can see them but they dont work for me!! |

| Re: coloured hooks? Well yes in a way they can! people do catch mackerel when bringing there line in and often think that they have caught them on bait but my theory is that they have taken the silver hook thinking it was whitebait or something! |
