I'm pretty competetive even though I'm a complete novice. I even compete against my wife, daughter and father-in-law when we take my daughter crabbing (they usually get more crabs but I tend to get some decent size fish from the pools instead which count for more in my book lol!) I was all set to go home at about 11.30pm in Ilfracombe the other week but when the people next to me started catching there was no way I was leaving without a fish!!
