Cool any fish any where ???????

i dont know about the rest of the country but on the isle of wight is bin a very poor year nowhere as many fish about as last year me and me buddys have tryed every thing still crap ???????
any ideas???????????

the fishing in general (all year) or just the winter cod season.

last year was pretty good in kent, the most bass and hounds i've heard of for many years. and more of the mini species and fish that usually live in clearer/ better water.

maybe a chance for you to try some different venues and techniques, you might stumble across a gold mine of fish.

Well last year was very poor for me but it probabaly down to the fact that I spend more time chatting than watching the end of my rod

hi all me and me son fish two to three times a week all round the island ray fishing hounds bass conger eels even floundering still crap last year was quite good over 70 well in size rays up to 12lb a few conger to 40 lb bass to 10 lb smooth hound to 9lb as i say it should have fished last year some where better but it wasnt to be
