Fishing Goa?

Anyone out there done any fishing in Goa. I went there a few years back & only heard about one boat doing charter fishing trips. Unfortunately that was on my last day there & it was too late to book. I,ve no idea what they catch there, although I did see some fairly large fish whilst snorkeling.
I thought Goa was a brilliant place & definately intend going back.

Well its been a couple of years since last there but when I used to go I would take my carp rod and a hand full of spinners and plugs ( plus a few hooks and bits )

And all I would do is go for a stroll in the evening before sun down and plug for a few hours .. Its was wonderful !!!

Got thinks that I could not name nore would touch of no great size , but they were taken off my hook for me and with in 10mins were in some locals pot

Man I wish I was going this Jan as use to go every year for a bit but now I have no money
