| Hello, I am spending the day fishing Minehead and near Porlock Weir tomorrow with reports of a few bass around - wandered if anyone knows the area at all ? Any ideas of other fish in that area ? Was thinking of peeler crab or spinning for those bass ... Cheers. :P     |

| Just to update you - we fished at Blue Anchor and caught about 12 fish - pout whiting, whiting and the snoop doggy dogs. Moved on to Porlock and caught a rockling and whiting. A bloody good day out even if we did get wet. I know many people dont like the dogs but I find them a good fight and fun to catch. All fish returned for a bigger and better day.  |
