Chaps,

Just thinking about joining the NFSA in the new year and wandered how many people are already members and what they think of the feberation ? Just want to know if its worth while joining.

Well Im not a member but I know they do good things

As Im on a limited amount of money I seen it to the RNYI each year as I cannot swim

Yeah I might just do that Rich - Im also a member of the RNLI Offshore and also give to it on a regular basis.

For anyone that reads this - they have just launched another appeal for donations - even as little as a fiver can make the difference. Last year was the most number of rescues ever and they rely heavily on donations.

Any support anyone can give maybe you could just read the link that Richard has set up on the RNLI and make a small donation.

Being rescued, should you fall in or be on a boat is taken for granted but the money for the service is not gauranteed - go on just give the price of a couple of christmas pints - you may just need it one !
