fixed spool advice, please help!

i recently invested in a new grauvell rod, they are designed only for fixed spools and although i bought a cheap reel just to test the rod out, which i was very pleased with i now want a good fixed spool, distance casting reel to go with it. because i normally use mulitpiers im a bit lost to which to go for. if any one has any suggestions at any price range it would be great. cheers. wakey

Re: fixed spool advice, please help!

the penn surfmaster is a V good long range reel, retails about £60-£70 notes with spare spool
the more you spend on okuma the better they get as well(I:E cant remember the names of them but theres a cracker again at about £70 think its the oxion or something like that )
