Shore or Boat...?

I have to admit that ben just made a good point (I knew it would happen eventually, hehe). The camping on the beach thing in good weather can certainly make shore fishing pretty special, obviousy aided with a couple of bevvies, camp fire, sizzlin' mackerel for supper, mmmmmmmm. So, after me saying please add 'love em both' and actually getting my way for once, I'm now (thanks to Ben) gonna change my mind and go for shore :)

oi have a really good vango 2 man tent but that isnt suitable for beaches
another goood thing about shore is you dont really have to plan it, it can be spontainious and you could jsut decide to go but from what i gather about boat you ahve to put quite abit of planning in

it isnt really if you get lots of bait etc

end up payin about the same

if you own your own boat they can be very expencive to run and buy and you still have to pay for bait on boats

yeah good point but fishing aint just about catching fish

hi guys and gals, well you can guess what I voted and I must say fishing is all about catching fish otherwise why buy the gear just go and sit on the beach. I would say to the beachies a bad day for me is nine or ten fish whats a bad day for you??????? and Ive not paid for fish for ten years and eat it twice a week. which helps towards the cost of boat fishing..let go for'd let go aft full ahead both engines see ya.

a bad days fishing for me is 1 when i dont enjoy it, if i was fishing just to catch fish i would have given up along time ago, i aint caught a fish from the sea since the end of the summer hols last year but i still go
and also if i didnt spend my money on fishing stuff i would spend it on something else much less useful
