bait netting...

hey
i read in the sea angler that u can buy nets that you can cast out into the sea to catch small bait its basically a round net with a rope that you throw out. has any one used this b4 and did u catch any bait? i would like to try try it myself

ye i use them to catch prawns

drop down side of pier with bit of macky in it
thats what i do anyway

could i just use my drop net and stick a bit of mackerel in it to do it for prawns then?

normaly about 15 mins or so!! but when the spiders are really peeling theres loads of em and it dont take long at all! you can get about three in one hit! which is plenty for a night of hound bashing!!

after a blow mate yes!!we get a good run after a good blow down here! we catch hounds in like less than 5 foot of water! great fun but even beter when the tide picks up! but otherwise its selsey or pagham beach!!
