Can be a bit dodgy peeling frozen crab, its difficult to tell if they are fully thawed out and can prove a bit frustrating waiting.

they are just whole crabs with the shells on blast frozen
the wrasse seem to love them

Cheers Gus thats new to me! i've never thought of freezing it whole like that before!! may give it a go with a few to see how they come out and what they peel like! if its to hard to tell if they are thawd then i'll go back to the normal procedure!

just can't get myself to part with any form of peeler when it comes to wrasse, rather save them for bass, ray, cod from the kelp, smoothies from the shore etc.
