Information document for those attending Members Day

Hi,

As promised, a comprehensive list of accommodation in and around the Abbotsbury & West Bexington area is attached. Don't worry if you book into accommodation in Abbotsbury and we end up at West Bexington because it is only a couple of miles between the two locations. I would recommend booking accommodation sooner, rather than later as this is a very popular area.

I have also included Weymouth Angling Centre details. Please, please order your bait before arriving in Weymouth. They deal with 10's of anglers every day and we don't want to arrive en-masse and not be able to get ourselves supplied.

There is also a link to the Multimap website that will take you directly to the Abbotsbury area. From here you can zoom in and out to plan your journey.

I hope I have included enough information. If anyone has any queries or needs extra information please feel free to PM me.

Just to re-cap. The day is June 19th at either West Bexington or Abbotsbury (to be decided a week before). We originally planned to meet at 10:30-11:00, but looking at the beach on Sunday we might want to get there a little earlier so we can set-up 'camp' in a group along the beach. Richard and I will be supplying disposable BBQ's, you just need to bring your food along. There might even be bottles of Grolsch available. Paul - Sunderland is going to run a pendulum casting workshop and there will be a light hearted casting competition afterwards.
