How do I insert a video link into a post?

I sit possible to insert a video link into a post? if so can someone please advise on how to do it.

I think you need too put it on another site, and then just link it too here

Then put [ url= infront of the link with no spaces then put ] Here[/url] at back of link with no spaces and it appears like this Here
You can change the word here for what every you want it to show

Cant seam to get the process to work!! I want to put a video clip from my web cam on here.

Do I copy and then paste the video clip using the icon "hyperlink" above?

You need to down load the video to a hosting site first such as knowitall
It free and you can download up to 2 minuets as long as the file is no bigger than 4mb which might mean you will have to use a program like windows movie maker to get the file size right. Once they have hosted the file on their site which normally takes about 48hrs you then view it on their site at the top right you will see email video to a friend click on this and send it to yourself. Once you receive the email copy the link and paste it in the forum as described above.
