Could someone let me know if there are likely to still be any cod around the wrecks out of Exmouth and Teignmouth and what time of year we expect the bass to start showing in the same areas ?

Thanks felles.

A couple of Bass were picked up from off the rocks at Portland Bill last week. 3 & 4 lb respectively. I have heard a few people mention they caught a few on boats too, so it seems they are beginnng to show.

The guy I spoke to on Sunday had them while spinning of the rocks at the bottom of the steps next to the Portland Bill museum. He had it tipped with mackarel.
