hi guys after catching the macks for bait for the day we often fillet and cook a few on the way out to the fishing grounds when it's that fresh it's lovely.

Its very nice when its completely fresh it tastes very different from the supermarket.

You can’t beat them fresh Gus. Have done the same as you mate. Never the same from a fishmonger.

Used to camp at a local mark as a young lad and spend our time fishing and cooking Mack's. You haven’t lived if you’ve not tried freshly caught Mackerel. Sea, pan, stomach all in a matter of minutes.
