| bit of a clear out and organise spent the afternoon sorting out the out house of tackle that seems to evolve and take over the room chucked loads out. managed to use a spare tackle box to do a set of boat gear...so now i have 2 tackle boxes sent up that can be just grabbed and go and do either shore or boat...with rig wallets, terminal bits and pieces...t-bar in each box, knives in each, hooklengths and spare reel line, reels for beach and boat in respective boxes. even found an original abu 5600 that i forgot i had so gave that a quick service and loaded with 12lb line...can't wait to go after the flatties now. buckets for beach leads...amazing how many you collect...have a bucket with over 50 beach leads...granted nearly half are in such bad condition that they will be consigned to not coming home after a trip to the rough!!! just need to tie my winter rigs...seeing the state on my summer rigs which have had a hammering....can see a monster session coming in the week to do 20 pulleys and 10 mixed rigs wifes happy too so means i won't get hassle for sloping out fishing __________________ 2012 targets - 180 yard measured cast, 10lb bull huss, 12lb blonde, 10lb hound, 8lb small eyed, spotted ray any size |
