Tidal prediction data

Hi there,

I'm a web developer and a friend of mine who is a keen salt water fisher has asked me to write him an app for his Android phone telling him low and high tide predictions for the week ahead. However, I'm finding it difficult to locate somewhere that supplies the raw data for tidal predictions. Can you help? Thanks in advance.

gtk tide program originaly for linux, i think its open source. can you edit that?
