leads just sorting me tackle out for tomorrows foray, and it seems that my lead weight box has to many in there, (very heavy) i have all manner and weights of leads, from 1oz to 6oz, round, bullet, wired, pear drop, some with built in line clips, and doubles/trebles of some of the usual types. i dont like to leave any at home, in case i should lose 1 and not be able to replace it, like for like. do other anglers have the same problem, or is it just me ? how many leads do you carry ? __________________ good luck and tight lines chris lifes to short for animosity.

Re: leads some local beaches here as flat sand will only usually take 4 leads, 2 each rod and 2 just in case( usually crack off rather than snag) usual amount mixed areas is 6 with 2 being no grip snaggy well can lose loads so take loads of spark plugs if you are close to car leave extras in there and save lugging them ![]() dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives

Re: leads There was a time when I would take more tackle than I could get through in half a dozen sessions. These days I manage to restrict myself to taking only what I will actually need!
