| Help!!! Which Multiplier??? Hi everyone My mrs is buying me a new beach multiplier for my birthday at the end of the month and I'm torn between which to get. I currently use the original Mag Elite which I love but after many years of use it is time for an upgrade. So do I go for the Premium Mag Elite or the Penn 515 Mag 2. I just can't decide anyone used either or even better both to compare and give me a hint as to which is better? I love my mag elite but i can't help but think I might be missing out on a really good reel in the penn. cheers Gary     |

| Re: Help!!! Which Multiplier??? I was an ABU man for many many years , the new generation premium mags are rubbish. I bought a pair of 515 mag 2's a few months ago , to replace my florida oranges, they comprehensively kick the arse out of the ABU's. Faster retrieve , better mag system,easier to set up,distance casting is a pleasure and dont blow up for no reason,you dont have to worry about the reel going into gear midcast when you knock the handle either.
