Upper Bristol Channel

Hi all,

anybody know how the Upper BC is fishing at the moment. In dire need to dangle my line again. Just wondering if I stay up here or travel somewhere else.

Plenty of codling still showing,in the channel off cleveden,and the beaches on the welsh side,so should be worth a dangle........

heard of a couple of ray as well. but still sporadic

Fished portishead slipway on sat, Had 8 small codling but nothing of any size, lost one better one though.

fancy trying for dogs, probably better to try further down ?
