Diawa Powermesh PMB122M 12ft, Any good?

I`ve just been in my old mans shed sorting out all our old rods and I have come across this diawa rod. Anyone know if it`s any good? Seems quite heavy but looks like it could be a good rod. It` s not in to bad a nick either so wondering if I should get it renewed.

Its a black blank with gold writing along the shaft. Obviously Diawa are a good make but if anyone has any more info It would be appreciated, if it`s worth it I will pay out to get it renewed. Bloody amazes me just how many rods me and my dad have collected over the years, must have counted at least 12 and thats not including the 2 at home!!!!!

They are cracking rods Joe , give it a try ,before you spend out on refurbing it.
