| Rod building I just been returned a conoflex rod that i lent to an old friend years ago  . I had completely forgoton about it to be fair as it was a boot fair rod that was beat up, however now I have it back I have realised how light and responsive a rod it is. Im not sure exactly what rod it is because it`s got a old white conoflex sticker with the union jack on it but no serial numbers as far as i can tell, it`s 12ft long and looks like a flattie rod as it`s quite lightweight and tippy, since I fish a lot in the estuarys I have decided to strip it back and make good of it. I have watched several tutorials on whipping, finishing etc on youtube so feel it`s within my capability to do this . Does any one know a good website that i can get all my materials from, looking for paint, epoxy, whipping, tubi grip, a new conoflex sticker and some eyes. Or any good substitutes for the above.
