Because we wouldn’t evolve or advance.

Ah, but you had accessed how dangerous it was to you and your circumstances! This is the point I was making.

Damn good debate.

Re: Making Weights!

Smoothy, I'm disgusted, sexism huh!

Don't worry they won't break their acrylic and yes I know I need to be careful I might have someones eye out with them.

That's the price you have to pay if you want your back scratched

Red face Re: Making Weights!

Pixy,no offence mate but as a registered Fire Marshall and first aider in my work as a manager for one of the main energy suppliers in the UK and Western USA I am only too aware of the various health and safety issues that abound our daily lives. The company that I work for are a leading light in providing safe working practices and have to be as we employ over 15,000 people worldwide. My husband also has a very high focus on health and safety in his position as a project manager in the railways, frequently working as a PICOW on active railway lines. Even though it is high focus in our working lives we do not enforce safe working practices on people outwith our realm of influence and responsibility. We believe in freedom to make choices and if you are a sentient adult can make your own decisions based on fact.
What I'm trying to say is if your'e a sensible grown up it's your look out if you want to make your own lead weights, as long as you are not endangering others, the only harm you will do is to yourself.
Hope you take this as it is intended.

FW
