Anyone thinking of fishing this match near Bridlington in March? It's a crazy idea, but I'm thinking of entering. I've no hope of winning anything, but with the poor shows at recent matches, who knows? It kills two birds with one stone for me - I can see my family in Teesside and do two days fishing at the same time, I might as well try

Thinking of having a go myself, got the paperwork through and it looks a good set up but fished over a large area,a friend who fished it last year said that over a 1000 anglers fished each day, my only problem is deciding where to stay i dont fancy a tent in march (old softie), but if i go it will be for a long weekend

LoL like I said the other day, they'll be running scared when I show up I thought about this cos I'm going to be up there anyway visiting my folks that week and for the sake of £20 I thought why not? All I've got to lose is my pride, self-respect...etc

Hey Rob I would have had a go with you mate but just found where Bridlington was....I'm from Brixham in Devon so its a bit too far to come.Plus I also start back at work that weekend, what a bummer.
