| Re: A Dealer to avoid if you havn't already, ask which courier he used, if he is stateing it was sent by royal mail it might be at the local sorting office, thats where my last veals order went , any other courier speak with their depot any or no result may give you some leverage with the supplier. if the transaction was carried out by credit/debit card you may be able to get some recompense or help there ie refund or proof of payment. good luck __________________ beer so many venues, so little time. |

| Re: A Dealer to avoid Unfortunately you hear of this quite often on the net. Although a statement like 'that's why you shouldn't purchase of the internet' surely can't be true for every trader. Find a trader that uses a service like paypal, that way you can get money back on goods that don't turn up. In this instance I would carry on at trade and standards or alternatively go to your local court and get a claim form, i'm sure it's £45 which if you win (which you will) he will have to pay. |
