Quick and easy solution is to cut some deep pile carpet up to the shape of your foot and then simply insert them into wellies.
Its like walking on carpet all night.

Yeah - We've stuck real expensive luxury carpet to the bottom of our slippers.

It's saved carpeting the whole house and now we can afford all our tackle

Frog sporn works well give a slight massage and a delicious pedcure as well. Wrong time of year though. Pitty that.

I use Aigle neoprene lined wellies and have never found better. Not cheap but worth every penny.
