ron thompson hardcore II spinning

Hi All,

After 20 years of heavy duty my favorite spinning rod died

Now the search for a fresh one is started.
I had my mind on a Shakepeare ugly stik custom, but unfortunately all ugly stik spinning rods are out of stock by pure fishing europe and they are not ordering any new because they are waiting for the new range coming in february.

What do I need:

9 ft 30-60 gram spinning rod (must fit my penn slammer 360) for fish mainly cod, pollack, macrel, wresse, sea trout.... in the norwegian fjords/rivers from land side.

I heared that this Ron Thompson Hardcore II Spinning was coming close to the ugly stik.

Is there anyone on the forum experienced with this rod, or do you have other suggestions?
