| hmmm family wedding or fishing last saturday at bossington in a club match, fishing it was....though i wonder why i bothered fished it 5 up 2 down, lumped all the bait you can imagine in and caught nothing, live peelers did get me two wopping great bites and fights that saw the mutts win, snags cost me dear, and the rough conditions had my daiwa long beam bouncin!time for a stiffer upgrade i think, and a casting lesson or two if i can find anyone willing, it would seem my pathetic 110yards just wasnt good enough, the lads either side of me more than capable of 150yards + were dragging in doggies big rocklin and 7lb smoothhounds, and only a few of us had non, not at all good for my league table.greenlee boulders next saturday, wondering why im bothering, thinking maybe i should fish with south coast club next year, long way to go up to northdevon to chuck a load of lead into the sea and come home empty handed, but for now disheartened i soldier on, not entirely sure what tactic to try now im running out of steam? ![]() ![]() ![]() |
