Fishing Rods/Equipment

Hi guys,

I'm going on a date with a girl this weekend,it's been years since i fished and she never has.

I'm living in Galway and was thinking mackerel fishing is probably the best option,what i need to know is where is best to go for this?

And is this equipment from Argos any good and reasonably priced?

wasps are more of a danger if he is having a shag while taking in a clifftop walk

sorry about the answers you are getting mate,
the gear you have asked about is ok to a point,i bought a similar set up for my kids a few years ago and it does the job but probably wont last too long,
the reels usually give up after a few trips but for a single trip
they will be ok
