Unhappy Mad Steven Wood

Not sure if any of you know on here but it saddens me to bring the news that Mad Steven Wood who is a member of this forum and also WSF has sadly passed away. He was a massive fund raiser for the RLNI after the loss of his son Lee, at sea.

Gutted for his wife Nikki and everyone else that knows him.

RIP Steve.

good friend of mine....

have spent many a session on the gower rocks in fits of laughter at him...he was mad as a bag of bats

His RNLI fundraising has been ledgendary ...he would do anything to help them after they recovered the body of his son from the sea after a 14 day search. Unbelievably Steve died 6 years to the day that his sons body was recovered.

will miss the mad bugger thats for sure....he was completely self less, he'd give you the last pound in his pocket without a thought even when he was broke himself and would always have a smile on his face and full of some serious banter.

RIP Steve
