 help on a penn 525 mag Hi all went to the breakwater to waste more lead again over clean ground. And due to the high wind(worse than breakwater meet) rod stand plus rods crashed to deck, the new 525mag reel took a heafty knock and started "grating/grinding noise" started to take it apart this afternoon to see if anythging obvious too find out all magnets loose, but as i got the reel at a good price have no manual for it and I am now stuck. Guess they all fit on that black horse shoe arm?, are they meant to be glued in as keep jumping out and attatching to others.etc  Iknow i'm a muppet for undoing that end but any help would be appreciated (if anyone has any spare instructions that i could buy can you Pm and i'll sort out etc) otherwise i'll take to tackle shop but bit after xmas skint at moment please dont turn this into a "which reel" debate as am really after just maintenance help thanks in advance dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives     |
