| Re: Top 3 fish of the year Mines got to be a carp i had of 22lb 11oz, then me conger in 15lb class gear which was between 35-40lb, not sure about the next one maybe my shore huss, or the 15lb cod i might catch today  |

| Re: Top 3 fish of the year Hmmm, tough one. To get to 3 fish I'd have to include garfish, mackerel and dogfish! This will sound stupid but I guess number one for me would be my first dogfish as it was the first sea fish I caught, not sure of weight but about 3 feet long if my memory is right (probably about 1 foot then really). It was nice to get my first sea fish on my second outing and made the hours on Ilfracombe harbour in the rain and dark worthwhile. |
