seeing as it's new years day tomorrow and the start of the species hunt, are we all set for it?

i've been sat at the table making a load of new rigs, booms and cleaning all my gear

so let battle commence

I've been looking at the weather for here tomorrow. The rain I can handle no probs but the wind strength is looking a little worrying

i agree simon we was thinking of trying for them flounder in the harbour during the daylight....harbour master will hopefully be too hungover to move us on lol!

plus in the wind and rain it might keep him in his tidy warm office gazing at his receptionist!

I'm planning to get out tomorrow, as Simon mentioned I'm also keeping an eye on the wind levels. High tide early afternoon means I can have a lay-in

im gonna go 21morrow evening in the hope of some whiting, making rigs up now

well i'm out tommorow eve, sod the weather(can always find a sheltered estuary} but want calmer for sun as was gonna hit chesil (dragons teeth?)(come on the species hunters)

im fishing the mouth of an estury so should be calm, the prob is there is a pub about 50m up the beach from my mark, could cause 2 issues, me wanting a drink, n me getting attacked by drunks

Well im off chesil beach tomorrow with some mates, not sure what the sea will be like mind u.

Going to go to abbotbury we think fish til about 12-8 hopefully.
So il av some points for our table :)

Not going fishing tomorrow, but will probaly get all my gear sorted and cleaned, some new rigs made up etc..

MIGHT go on monday or tuesday, if not it will be next weekend after some freshwater crocs
