berry head any good?

hi am going fishing up berry head this weeknd,just wondering what it was like up there at the moment,and also what bait and tackle to use as i have not fished there before??

Only fished there in the summer really, but heard they get plenty of whiting around there with occasional cod this time of year

I was fishing there weekend before last. A few small whiting and pout, not much else. Good luck though

cheers,what bait did you use?what tackle did you use and is it beter in the night or day up there??
