With today being the shortest day of the year makes me think the bass season aint that long away ! In fact the summer fishing and the warmer weather, brighter nights are on their way - beauuuutiful - cannot wait.

well pi**ed off done my back in casting last night mate got home and colapsed in agony had to have the doctor out at 1 this morning gave me some pain kilers spued them straight up (sorry if your eating your dinner)
rolled about on the floor all night had 3 hot baths 2 hot water bottles and fell asleep this morning at 7 oclock and the missus said i cant go fishing till im better but feeling a little better now went to my mates today and hes got a hot tub in the garden (lucky bar***d) so went in there for 1/2 hour then went for a massage so feeling a little better but still not allowed fishing tonite missus said i can go christmas present delivering with her and my mates are on the beach fishing i know where i would rather be but i suppose its for the best really got a trip planned for next tuesday anyway counting down the days on my advent calender

On the summer coming note i was thinking the same thing this morning as i sat freezing trying to catch a grotty Fluke.
Roll on spring,bass ,smoothys,bream,oh i cant wait.

its on the mend got another massage booked next week and maybe have to pop and see my best mate tomorrow and get in his hot tub again anyway i told the missus shes got to rub some more massage oil into my back to nite so looking foward to that too willpost results later for anyone interested

caught plenty of good size whiting around the 1lb mark but gave them all away got 1 codling but returned him and a couple of dabs plenty of cracking bites pretty good nite really but did not get to my 20codling target b4 christmas but 16 is not to bad just have to try and get 34 b4 april then that will make 50 which is my winter target (went to walcot yesterday but it was unfishable stacks of weed)
