| Re: Shortest Day - Looking On The Bright Side.... went to argos last nite and got a neoprene wheightlifters belt (£16) to wear just to give me extra support around my back got velco fixing so you can put it on and take it off quickly and as its neoprene it will keep my lower back nice and warm too, so if anybody else suffers a bit of back pain i will let you know how i get on with it and report back with findings im going to wear it to work today and see how it feels and i will wear it when i go fishing next as well there could be some good results to report too __________________ He who dares wins!!!!!! www.norfolkoi.co.uk (koi carp importers) Rollesby angling centre (Norfolk)15% discount for all forum members(no discount on bait) |

| Re: Shortest Day - Looking On The Bright Side.... not sure if the belts work as i havnt tried them delboy. what i use is the red heat lamps you get. the lamp itself is pretty cheap and i find its the best thing out there for pain relief |
