 This is so annoying!!!! I couldn't go fishing on Saturday because the waves were so rough so I drove down to Oddicombe Sunday and it was dead calm so I drove back home, got my gear and shot down to Oddicombe for some fishing after the storm. I had been there an hour when a netsman came along and spent the next two hours going backwards and forwards from hopes nose to Oddicombe. How close you ask? | Re: This is so annoying!!!! Don't blame the guy in the boat (well, really, yes do !), but blame the Government, they make the rules, they pass legislation.. I've heard there's gonna be a complete ban on fishing (commercially) in the North Sea...I wonder how this is gonna affect the charter skipper. I couldn't give a toss what it does to the gill netter / trawler (hopefully make them pack up and f*** off), but it would be interesting to see if it strains the charter fleet, which would be a shame. |
