Angry nets no more!!!!!

last summer while out with some m8s on my boat about 4mi out of the end of the gower we saw a net must have been 60ft lont and thats what we could see, there where no other boats about, on our way back in about 5hr l8er it was still there we tried to retreve it but it was solid to the bottom i think.
about two weeks l8er we went out again we where out about 4hr and it turned a bit choppy so we came back into burry port and about 1 mile out of the harber we saw a 30ft boat throwing out his nets thay have all that open water and thay net that close in. i think thay should have there boat taken off them!!!!!! no wonder there is nothing being caught off the shore.
i am sorry but this pisses me off, GIVE THE FISH A CHANCE!!!.
this year i will be takeing the camerea with me.
what do you all think about this
ps. just to be clear i have nothing against netting only when it is done legaly out of our estuary and bays and in open water
the bass fishing was poor last year and i think that the trawlers are to blame
