any bass around ??

Live on north devon coast. When is the last chance of catching a bass from shore ?? Can you catch them through the winter or is the water too cold. Spring to autumn is the catch season but is it worth havin a go now ??

Personally I would say yes as they tend to be around north cornwall and you are not a million miles away

try and fish in daylight if you can ......a few degrees in warmer temperature can make a difference

and dont be afraid to try smallish baits at this time of year...........

Cheers for the advice. only had a couple of schoolies
this year so be good to have a last few casts an see if there is
something bigger about !!!

Ive had alot of bass up to 6lb over the last month,have caught them all year round,though february wasnt a good month for me this year. Give it a try mate.
