I must say what a great bunch off guys and gals in the forum we have. All of you are fishing crazy there is no denying that. I am over whelmed by the enthusiasm by all anglers young and well getting on a bit like myself. I think the moderators do a superb job. The pride in you all is uplifting and makes us all want to grab our rod and go and catch that bass,ray,cod etc or like me waiting for the salmon and grilse to run again next season/ as shore fishing sort of dries up from now till summertime/. What ever your catch big or small just to be there waiting for that rod to show an interest is enough for me. Boat season in may so the fly rod will have to come out and try and catch that elusive wild brown trout. So my rod is never still as from now till april its only rainbows for me but i dont care its a fish yes a fish, wont be long till the salmon run and my fly was a good chioce. That reminds me im keeping in check with the shore ive a casting day on sunday. Hope the tope show up next season and bend my rod once more. Tight lines to you all and good luck for the incoming year. Merry christmas to all.

Dave i would love to live in england, the fishin is ten times better over there than here, we have to take what we get and if we get it youve worked for it, and the bait is cr.p over here. England have more champions and have won more , caught more, more records than any of us put together. Respect to you all. Hope you catch that dream fish. Paul. It helps if the fish are there to catch them first and good bait.
