If I am fishing a match with lug and small rag, every 10 mins. I always have one rig baited up and ready to go.

If i am pleasure fishing then every 15-20 mins. With Squid i can leave it longer. I don't use fresh Mackie up here so never use it.

On the boat whole squid every 20 mins. Squid and Rag cocktails every 15 mins. Live peeler for the Smooooothounds every 30 mins....they die after a while. Frozen sandeels very 15 mins.

Fesh peeled peeler every 15 mins. Lug and squid every 10 mins cos it washes out quicker in my opinion.

When fishing new passage or the River Taw, I just let the other peeps near to me groundbait for me
