Casting lessons needed

Hi,

Can anyone help, I'm looking for a good casting instructor to help me. I have recently upgraded my rods to a pair of secondhand century's (14ft) and have started to teach myself the backcast. I'm getting around 100-120 yds at a guess and want to get another 50yds or more onto my casting distance as I want to fish some shallow local beaches.

I currently use large Fixed spool reels, with 15lb line, and 6oz weights.

Does anyone live in the suffolk/norfolk area who can help me!
