| Keep Blanking?? Right guys....a few weeks ago....we was on 18 Bass in 9 days...which is averaging at 2 Bass per night! recently the last few days....i aint getting nothing..not even a single bite.! What the hell's going on? its doing ma fookin' head in! any one knows whats going on??     |

No idea mate but it`s the same ere in kent  I have been fishing for the last 4 days on the bounce with various ppl and out of 4 trips i have seen 1 fish ( which was a transparent flattie) I have fished both in the open sea and also in local esturay and with a various baits including peeler crab and caught nowt!! In total 6 different ppl over 4 days and 1 fish!! Still thats the game we play i suppose Joe __________________ Sea 2012- 5brd rockling, whiting, LS Dogfish,Bass,Eel,Flounder F/W 2012- Catfish(16.5lb), Carp,Tench LITTER IS JUST LAZINESS!! |

| Re: Keep Blanking?? the reason you might not be catchin is because there is an algae moving in from the sea that seams 2 be killing all the worms and some of the fish, most hit have been bass and bream, if you are fishin in an estuary there is not likely to be any fish round for at least 3 weeks, sorry chaps!  |

Same here in wales i've put it down to the amount of sandeel and mackeral around off shore...the bass are off chasing and scoffing them instead of coming inshore and up the gulleys etc for crabs, prawns or anything else they can get. __________________ 2012 targets - 180 yard measured cast, 10lb bull huss, 12lb blonde, 10lb hound, 8lb small eyed, spotted ray any size |

June was good July was harder but this month is bloody impossible ? even the professional boats are catching very little. something is very wrong i have some mates in 'Guernsey' and its the same there ? __________________ Chill it's only fishing |
