Question boning a fish

How do you get all the bones out of a fish without ruining it (hacking up the fillets)?

Re: boning a fish

well as im a chef its pretty easy ,what you need to do is fillet the fish run the knife in behind the gills and turn it so it faces the tail ,then slice back to the tail until the fillet drops off (do this both sides )then to get the small bones out use your finger to feel for the bones and when located pull them out with a pair of tweezers you can buy proper fish tweezers but i find using the wifes eyebrow ones work better as they have a sharp edge hope this helps.
