Andy,

Welcome mate - Im a relatively new user to the site as well. Im living in Chepstow and have no idea about the fishing in and around Wales.

Got a boat in Exmouth all summer but would like a few trips around Wales - whats it like for wrecks, bass - I have an idea on the cod so next winter Ill make a few more trips around Swnasea etc.

Do you fish from a boat or shore ? :)

Kirky,

Well can you recommend any bass hot spots - maybe you fancy a boat trip sometime in the summer ?

Hello Kirky
Have you ever fished at Rhossilli Bay up your neck of the woods.
I was gonna fish it last year but never managed it.
Looks an absolute storm beach.

Yes, very good venue, typical storm beach: Bass , flounder, golden mullett, some sole and small smoothound.
If after the mullet maddies is the bait.
Some pretty good over venues in the gower if you want more info just get in touch
