you should put that as always tight lines as your signature so you dont have to type it every time

never fished chesil but heard and read about it and want to!

It's a great venue, and fished it many times, but like any other venue, if there are no fish there, it's the worst place in the world!!!
as always, tight lines ( I like to type it!!)

Took me 8hrs to drive there! Spent the weekend at Westbay caravan park with a few of my mates, we fished various parts of the beach ( which incidentally is 18 miles of shingle which is continuously moving! amazing!)
Caught loads of fish, returned them all alive, no record breakers, but a thoroughly enjoyable weekend, I try and have as many trips to Chesil as my work (and FPO ) will allow...
as always, tight lines..

no mate, no triggers, but loadsa dogs, codling, whiting, eels, poor cod, pout, flounder, my mate had a plaice which was close to 4lb., good fishing, we were using three rods each, using different tactics, and the bait we went through! we didn't arf use some bait!!!

yeah mate, the term 'dustbin lid', comes to kind!!
and i'm pleased to say we returned everything alive, apart from the odd pout and poor cod which went belly up, unfortunate but it all goes to the eco system, feeding crabs, shrimps, gulls etc...
