Well, after last nights trip to the footy, I've took the day off work!!

...And i'm going fishing again.. Gonna try this little shingle beach near where I live that almost nobody tries..

I've walked the dog there several times and nobody seems to be fishing! So, i'm gonna take a couple of rods down, put a couple of baits well out, into the tide (coz it's a massive springer!), and another two baits close in, as it appears to be fairly deep..

High water is approx. 5.30pm, so will let you know what happens later...

god, I love that beach...

What a rod tappin' session...!

not a soul in sight.. flounders, whiting, codling, ... nothing over a pound, though... ops:

..but I enjoyed it..me and me dog, not a soul around, under me buddie, two rods (tappin away!!), busy as hell,, all the fish came from well out in the tide, apart from a turbot about 5ins, which came about 10yrds out!!

5 flounders, 8 whiting, 9 codling... not bad for 'chill sesh'...oh yeah, and that turbot, i've had a few turbots this year, biggest was 43cms!

Taking my 9yr old for a bass session in Northumberland early in the morning...hope they show...

weather is glorious today and warm too, if it's like this tomorrow, we should be in for a spectacular sunrise in the morning...it's not all about fishing, the beautiful surroundings make it good too...
