Mitchell Performance Beach Rod And Reel

I have recently purchased the Mitchell Performance Beach Rod And Reel and would just like to hear if any one has any thing to say about it? This is my first long beach rod so it’s nothing special I know. Have used it once and seems to be good although i think it may take me some time to get used to casting such a long rod with heavy weights.
Thanks any comments would be nice even if they are saying it is rubbish.
